SBC Benefits’ Binding Corporate Rules – or BCRs – are a means of transferring personal data internationally within the Company group in compliance with applicable data protection legislation in the European Economic Area (EEA). They were formally approved by the Information Commissioner’s Office, the local Data Protection Authority in the United Kingdom, on October 6, 2017. Our BCRs consist of both the Controller and Processor Standards. .
Children:
This Site it not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose information of children under the age of thirteen (13) without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. In an instance where such information was collected, it would be purely accidental and unintentional.
Rights of California Residents:
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, Site visitors who are California residents may request and obtain a notice once a year about the personal information the Company shared with other businesses for their own direct marketing purposes.
